Amanda Arantes is a multidisciplinary artist in Toronto, Canada engaging with preconceived concepts within culture to challenge established perceptions, especially in relation to language, history, and science. Through the framework of investigations, she creates works that find themselves anchored in the real and fictional; visual catalysts that question the structures that are in place.
